This 60-minute class will guide you through a series of postures to strengthen and stretch every part of the body.  You will build and improve strength, flexibility, proper body alignment and posture, endurance, coordination, and balance.

The style of this Power Yoga class is part Vinyasa (one posture flowing into the next, coordinated with the breath); part Yin (holding standing postures for long periods of time for myofascial release); and part anatomy (learning how to move most skillfully to maintain healthy joints, muscles, ligaments, and tendons).

Relaxation and breathing techniques will help reduce stress and provide a deeply soothing and revitalizing experience for the body as well as the mind, leaving you with a sense of calmness and clarity, and overall peace and well being .
